What is a retail sales associate?

Retail Sales Associates are employees who assist customers in retail stores by helping them find products, answering questions, and processing sales transactions. They are responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Retail Sales Associates also handle returns, resolve customer concerns, and may assist with inventory management.
