Retail Sales Associate Temporary Full-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Don Roberto Jewelers has been helping others get what they want for 50 plus years! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associates for a 6 months temporary assignment to join our dynamic team. Our employment benefits consider welfare benefits as well as 401(k) retirement benefits.
  • Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.
Our positions are in full compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, and we use E-Verify to obtain authorization for work eligibility.
Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours.
Essential Duties, include but not limited to:
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly performance sales plans.
  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.
  • Recommend, select, and locate or obtain merchandise based on consumer requests.
  • Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards.
  • Access consumer accounts and maintain accuracy as well as safety in accordance with company’s consumer privacy policies.
  • Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
