Job Summary:

The Resale Store Receiving Associate is responsible for accepting, sorting, and organizing donated goods while maintaining a clean and safe receiving area. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist donors professionally.
  • Inspect, sort, and price donations per store guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized and safe receiving area.
  • Stock and rotate inventory onto the sales floor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention policies.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications:
  • Retail, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Work Environment:
  • Frequent standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Indoor/outdoor work with exposure to varying temperatures.
