Job Description

The Retail Operator Lead is responsible for ensuring all retail operations, including micro-markets, coffee bars, and office dining areas are maintained and serviced properly. Work in a timely and efficient manner to gather products, deliver and stock retail spaces, and respond to customer inquiries, while managing inventory and quality control.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $21.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

    Schedules and assigns work assignments to a retail team and oversees the completion of tasks
    May be responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the Retail Sales operation  
    Conduct and attend daily shift huddles while communicating operational priorities
    Visit multiple retail locations to maintain an organized workspace and upkeep of proper inventory storage and tracking as well as ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
    Interact with and answer client and customer inquiries about retail offerings as well as feedback on products, set-up and execution of retail services
    Upholding standards of operations that will ensure providing all clients and staff of the institution with a quality-controlled, satisfying, and appealing retail service. Such standards to be in accordance with established policy, pertinent recommendations of the American Correctional Association and applicable federal, state and local regulations
    Coordinating administrative tasks
    Driving deliveries (varies by location)

Qualifications

    Required to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    Basic math and counting skills required
    Ability to work independently
    Strong customer service skills to interact with client associates
    Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lb.
    Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
