Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Centre Store on a permanent basis on our Consumer Products team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Winnipeg, MB. This position requires frequenttravel of 70% to local Co-op Food Store locations across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.ย  ย 

The Senior Retail Operations Advisor, Centre Store serves as a trusted advisor to Local Co-ops, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support in areas such as financial performance, sales growth, operational improvement, and long-term business planning. If you are committed to strong partnerships with Local Co-op leaders, driving sustainable profitability, supporting the execution of FCL initiatives, and contributing to store development, then apply today!ย 

What you'll do:

  • Drive sales growth across the assigned Local Co-op portfolio by identifying opportunities, developing action plans, and coaching leaders to achieve budgeted sales targets.ย 
  • Partner with Local Co-op leaders and the Operations Team to implement sales strategies that align with department objectives and business priorities.ย 
  • Improve controllable contribution performance through operational reviews, targeted action plans, and ongoing coaching to support sustainable profitability.ย 
  • Support store development, merchandising, and Local Co-op partnerships to enhance customer experience and drive sales growthย

The Team: You will work closely with Food Operations team, including other Operation Advisors and Co-op Store Managers, Division Managers and will report into the Manager, Food Retail Operations.This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, communication, while building strong relationships.ย

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • Haveย 6-ย 9 years of progressively responsible experience inretail management.ย 
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing.ย ย (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).ย
