We're looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational, analytical, administrative, and project support to our retail stores, field leadership, and corporate retail team. This role helps ensure stores have the communication, resources, and support needed to successfully execute company initiatives. The position also works closely with DTC Forecasting, Sales Analytics & Labor Planning, providing exposure to retail reporting, forecasting, analytics, and labor-planning processes.

What You'll Do:

Retail Operations & Store Support Provide day-to-day operational support to store teams and field leaders. Maintain store procedures, tools, reference materials, and shared resources. Track operational priorities, training, and company initiatives and follow up as needed. Gather store feedback and elevate questions, concerns, and opportunities to the appropriate partners. Help ensure store-facing materials and communications are clear, accurate, and execution-ready.

Projects & Communication Coordinate store initiatives, promotions, operational programs, and process improvements. Maintain project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and status updates. Support new store openings, relocations, remodels, closures, and other retail projects. Prepare and distribute communications to stores and field leadership. Coordinate meetings, materials, notes, decisions, and follow-up actions across teams. Reporting, Analytics & Planning Compile recurring retail performance and operational reports.

Gather, validate, and organize sales, forecast, traffic, conversion, labor, and other retail data. Maintain established reporting tools, trackers, templates, and documentation. Support recurring reporting and analytical requests for DTC Forecasting, Sales Analytics & Labor Planning. Identify data discrepancies, reporting issues, and potential risks and elevate appropriately.

What You Bring:

0โ€“2 years of experience in retail, administration, customer service, project coordination, business support, or a related area. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Previous retail store experience is preferred; internship or project coordination experience is a plus. Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and follow-through. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with Excel formulas, filters, pivot tables, and larger datasets is preferred.

Pay Range:
