The Role This is a general management position. You own field execution, people development, revenue performance, and customer experience for a team of 25+ and growing. You work alongside crews in the field. You coach people up or move them out. You look at the numbers every week and know whether you're winning or losing. The right person is a proven integrator. You take business systems and processes and make them more consistent, trainable, and reproducible. You build leaders from entry-level talent. You bring outside knowledge into the organization because standing still isn't in your nature. Moving industry experience is a plus but not required. We train the right candidate. Reports to: CEO Location: Portland, OR (NW Industrial District) - On-site, field work required Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/year + benefits + performance bonuses What You Own Field Execution & Quality (30%) - Crew performance standards, daily spot inspections, safety and DOT compliance, fleet oversight, damage prevention.
