    • Place orders for swatches and coffee bar supplies on a consistent schedule; maintain par levels.
  • Facilities & Back of House:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all repair and maintenance needs โ€” log issues, engage vendors, and track resolution timelines
    • Manage BOH supply ordering, par levels, and inventory replenishment across all locations
    • Coordinate with building management and third-party service providers for recurring and emergency R&M work
  • Floor Merchandising & Corporate Office Liaison:
    • Serve as the dedicated point of contact between flagship locations and the HQ operations team for all merchandising updates, floor change directives, and product delivery coordination
    • Receive, review, and implement HQ merchandising communications โ€” ensuring changes are executed accurately and on schedule
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive boutique operating policies and procedure manuals, partnering with cross function channels within the corporate office.
  • Manage and actively participate in the execution of our New Store Development & Openings process, including project coordination and execution, in partnership with other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between the showroom and internal teams โ€” including design, trade, marketing, and customer care โ€” ensuring alignment on launches, events, and client initiatives.
  • In partnership with the SVP of Retail and Sales, develop and manage client service excellence programs for boutiques.
  • Ensure effective communication of company directives, policies, and procedures as they pertain to in-store boutique operations.
  • Establish and manage relationships with internal and external vendors and service providers.
  • In partnership with the SVP of Retail and Sales: Develop and Conduct intermittent FS Boutique Internal Control Audits program and FS Boutique Excellence visits.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the SVP and Finance on full retail P&L tracking โ€” consolidating revenue, expense, and margin data into a clear, leadership-ready view on a regular cadence
  • Partner with Finance to ensure P&L reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned to the SVP's priorities; flag variances, trends, and risks before leadership reviews
  • Own monthly and annual budget tracking across all sales teams, eventing, and retail operations โ€” maintaining a consolidated view of spend against plan
Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in retail field, operations, and/or retail performance, preferably within the luxury industry.
  • 1-2 years of inventory management and/or store management experience.
  • Strong command of retail systems, inventory management, and operational workflows
  • Comfortable with data, including the ability to find the right data from reporting tools, visualize data, and interpret it into data-driven action plans.
  • Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and improving tools.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills with particular attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects on time-sensitive schedules.
