About Us:
With a growing presence in the fashion industry, we are seeking a passionate and experienced New Store Retail Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operations for our newly opening store in Miami. Position Overview:
The New Store Retail Operations Manager will oversee the operational setup and day-to-day functions of new retail store opening, ensuring the store is fully stocked, staff is trained, and operational processes are smooth and efficient from the ground up. This role will work closely with Global management to ensure the store launches successfully, meets sales targets, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
New Store Setup & Operations:
  • Lead and manage all operational aspects of a new store opening, including store layout, merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate and execute store openings in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, logistics, and visual merchandising).
  • Ensure the store is ready for launch with all necessary operational systems in place (POS, stock systems, etc.).

Team Leadership & Training:
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing store team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement training programs that equip staff with the skills to meet operational and customer service standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that reflects the company's values.

Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the right products.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Customer Experience:
  • Ensure that all staff members are delivering superior customer service, with a focus on creating an engaging and welcoming store environment.
  • Resolve customer issues and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Analyse customer data and trends to improve service offerings and drive sales.

Sales & Financial Performance:
  • Monitor store performance, track sales targets, and work with the team to meet or exceed goals.
  • Manage store budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
  • Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.

Continuous Improvement:
  • Regularly review store operations and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new retail technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in opening new stores or managing large-scale retail operations.
