Job Description:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Management to join our Camden, AR team.The Supervisor leads the development and execution of production area activities to achieve production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives. This role prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material availability, while planning and establishing operational goals.

Essential Functions:

Communicate with the team and run the daily SQDIP meetings.

Conduct daily safety walks of areas.

Manage the job functions for each team member and program.

Plan the production for each week.

Address all issues reviewed with team.

Approve team member's time.

Review metrics for improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Strong experience implementing a metric driven approach across all Operations functions
