Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:
The CLUB Retail Operations Coordinator I executes marketing tasks for all CLUB Marketing channels, including retail, print, customer relations and digital media outlets for Cabela's CLUB. This role consistently exceeds expectations and shows commitment to Cabela's Core Values by supporting the marketing department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Runs weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing initiatives while organizing the data into presentable formats.
  • Executes marketing processes via basic project management tactics in support of marketing campaigns and other departmental initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of processes, while effectively communicating cross-functionally with various business units, as identified by Marketing Management.
  • Maintains project timelines, business cases, presentations, project documentation and other documents as needed to support marketing teams in achieving key goals as outlined by the business (i.e. growth targets and other key metrics)
  • Tracks progress and deliverables with customer comments and key marketing projects by evaluating ongoing customer comment reports for consistencies and opportunities for improved customer experience and loyalty.
  • Helps organize, participate and summarize key departmental meetings and discussions.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Associate's degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 0 to 2+ years relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Self-starter; demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimal travel is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Regular computer work, and sitting
  • Occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
  • Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
