Job Description

The Lulu Frost Operations Assistant is responsible for a variety of operations and customer service centered tasks including wholesale shipping, inventory management, and quality control of jewelry. This role requires great attention to detail and organization. This role reports to the Sales + Operations Lead and works cross-functionally with all other departments daily.

Responsibilities Include:

ย ย ย ย  Ensuring that wholesale orders are fulfilled on time, accurately, and in accordance with strict partner guidelines.

ย ย ย ย  Packaging and shipment of daily e-commerce orders.

ย ย ย ย  Tagging inventory and packing for traveling trunk shows.

ย ย ย ย  QC of all outgoing shipments.

ย ย ย ย  Receiving and QC of finished goods. Assist with receiving and QC of components as needed.

ย ย ย ย  Maintaining healthy stock of all supplies needed for fulfillment.

ย ย ย ย  Receiving all incoming packages.

ย ย ย ย  Managing retail customer service via phone and e-mail.

ย ย ย ย  Managing relevant logs & Shopify to track inventory movement.

ย ย ย ย  Leading quarterly physical inventory counts.

ย ย ย ย  Entering styles and maintaining data files as well as inventory levels in Zedonk.

ย ย ย ย  Helping to maintain organization of physical inventory and inventory data.

ย ย ย ย  Finding new ways to improve logistics and inventory processes.

Qualifications

ย ย ย ย  1-2 years of Inventory Management, Logistics and Customer Service experience.
