  • BUYER WORKSTATION (BWS) - Preferred
  • MICROSTRATEGY - Preferred
  • PRODUCT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (PIM) TOOL - Preferred
  • RETAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS) - Preferred
  • WALKER SYSTEM - Preferred

  • Job Qualifications
    One year of general clerical, administrative support or customer service experience required. Prior experience providing support to purchasing, procurement, contracting, and/or inventory management functions is preferred.
    If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
    Major Duties
    Executes vendor setup, item induction, and processing of Exchange Retail Agreements. Ensures accurate item and vendor pricing in the merchandising system.
    Processes Ecommerce folders. Verifies new item induction file (NIIF) information through the retail merchandising system.
    Coordinates the collection of samples, images and template data to support marketing activities, promotions and tabloid programs.
    Gathers information to support business meetings and assist teams in meeting project, reporting and budget timelines.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
