You play a key role in optimizing the shopping experience for customers by making sure that best-selling items are in stock and suggesting opportunities for improvement to management.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a retail merchandiser, and why are they important?

Familiarity with inventory management systems, planogram software, and handheld scanners is typically required. These skills ensure merchandise is displayed effectively, inventory is managed accurately, and sales targets are supported in a dynamic retail environment.
