Job description


Learns the full scope of facility operations under the guidance of an experienced Manager through on the job training. The role supports daily retail operations while gaining hands on experience in supervision, merchandising, customer service, staffing, and training. The candidate will also build strong competency in the financial and business acumen required to run a successful facility.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
  • Mobility Required - Upon successful completion of Acclimation/Development Program candidates will be required to relocate to any Exchange location within Eastern Region.
  • Eligible candidates may receive Relocation Benefits for post program placement.

Job Qualifications
Qualifications are dependent upon targeted role and will align with Exchange standards.
Selected associates must affirm mobility and be available for assignment at any Exchange location upon program completion.
Major Duties
Assists in the daily operation of a retail facility to ensure compliance with Exchange policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements.
Participates in structured training activities to develop operational, leadership, and supervisory competencies.
Supports customer service operations by promoting service standards and assisting in the resolution of customer concerns.
Assists with financial and business operations, including monitoring sales performance, supporting inventory control, cash handling, and expense management.
Collaborates with the Exchange leadership to identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and adaptability while acquiring the knowledge and skills required for placement into a permanent retail management position.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
