We are currently seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers a structured training program designed to develop future leaders in sales, marketing, and operations.

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative / Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience in retail sales and team leadership. This role is designed to fast-track high-performing individuals into management positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and promote client products and services
  • Team Leadership: Support and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals
