Retail Warehouse/Housekeeping Associate Baer's Furniture, Florida's premier furniture and mattress retailer, is searching for a Warehouse Associate to join our team. At Baer's, our Warehouse Associates help to ensure an optimal customer experience. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean and safe environment both in the warehouse as well as on the sales floor; interact with customers in a professional manner; and contribute in all warehouse operations and activities.

Duties include but are not limited to: Ensure a clean a save environment both in the warehouse and the sales floor; Clean showroom, office and restrooms to ensure a pleasant and sanitary environment for customers; Ensuring furniture, fixtures, and accessories are clean and neat according to standards; Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship); Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store); Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits; Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization; Complete diary logs into inventory, reporting discrepancies; Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment; Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience; Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems; Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods; Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; High school degree or equivalent.
