Job description

Job Description:
The Retail Fuel Pricing Manager is responsible for setting the daily fuel prices for RaceTrac and Raceway convenience stores to ultimately achieve optimum profitability. This individual serves as knowledge expert in fuel pricing analytics and oversees the pricing of up to 150 convenience store locations in a designated region.
What You'll Do:
  • Analyzes multiple factors such as competitor surveys, store strategies, market conditions, and key performance indicators to set the daily fuel prices for the convenience stores in a designated region.
  • Serves as a knowledge expert in fuel pricing strategies and competitor landscape for all regions.
  • Performs routine field visits to maintain awareness of marketplace factors and changes.
  • Builds and maintains working relationships with all operations management in the designated markets.
  • Monitors individual store performance through various BI reporting tools and provides recommendations for strategy solutions as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to work 7 days a week required; rotating weekend and holiday schedule
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • 3+ years professional experience in Business or related field preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and BI reporting tools preferred
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making is preferred
