Home Time: Weekly 34-Hour Reset (Approximately 2 Days Home)

Earn $1,355–$1,600 Per Week with a Dedicated Regional Fleet

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional retail fleet operating throughout Arizona and Southern California. This position offers no-touch freight, consistent weekly miles, and weekly home time while serving established retail locations.

Drivers should be comfortable operating in Southern California, including Los Angeles and San Diego, where tight delivery locations and heavy traffic are common.

Pay & Compensation
  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,355
  • Top Weekly Earnings: $1,600+
  • Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $70,000
  • Top Annual Earnings: Approximately $83,000

Home Time & Schedule
  • Home approximately 2 days each week

Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
  • Deliver dedicated retail freight throughout Arizona and Southern California
  • Complete approximately 3–4 loads per week
  • Average approximately 9 delivery stops per week
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain electronic logs and DOT compliance
  • Deliver freight safely while providing excellent customer service

  • 53-foot dry van trailers
  • Some lift-gate trailers
  • Equipment remains at the Phoenix terminal

  • Tucson, AZ
  • Southern Arizona
  • Los Angeles, CA
  • San Diego, CA
  • Southern California

California layovers are a normal part of this position.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
  • Must live within 60 miles of Phoenix, AZ or Colton, CA
  • Comfortable operating throughout Arizona and Southern California
  • Previous California driving experience preferred
  • Ability to safely back a 53-foot trailer into tight retail locations
  • Comfortable driving in heavy traffic and urban areas
  • Willing to complete overnight California layovers
  • Reliable transportation to and from the terminal
  • Ability to pass background check, DOT drug screening, and MVR review
