Just Pots is a leading retailer and wholesaler of high-quality pottery, planters, and water fountain features. We are passionate about helping customers create beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused leader to oversee our new Carrollton location. This position is responsible for growing both retail and wholesale business while leading daily operations, developing employees, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a handsโ€‘on management role responsible for sales growth, customer engagement, team leadership, merchandising, inventory management, and daily business operations. What You'll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Carrollton location.
  • Drive growth across both retail and wholesale sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, referrals, and long-term growth.
  • Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and commercial partnerships.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Create a positive, customer-focused culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and performance.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.

  • Ensure accurate cash handling, customer billing, and required documentation.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail, wholesale, sales, operations, or business management experience.
  • Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
