Your Impact on Our Retail Fulfillment Centers:  

  • Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.  
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies, while following all safety procedures.  
  • Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.  
  • Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.  
  • Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready.  
  • Support inventory management activities, including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories.

  • Physical Capability: Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance for heavier items as needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday.

date of hire. New Hire Benefits are effective on

WORKING SPOUSE RULE: You may NOT
enroll your spouse for medical coverage with
AGR -Red if their employer provides or offers

DOCUMENTATION: Eligibility documents
must be provided prior to any dependents being
added to the medical plan.
401(k) Plan
All newly eligible employees will be eligible to enroll in the
401(k) plan. Our 401(k) plan is through T. Rowe Price and
they can be reached at 1-800-354-2351.
Disability Insurance
You can choose to purchase disability insurance to pay you
for lost wages if you are sick or injured. You may choose
either or both Short Term Disability and Long Term
Disability. Short Term pays you a portion of lost wages for
12 weeks. Long Term pays you for lost wages after 12 weeks
and up to age 65.
Life and Accidental Death &
Dismemberment Insurance
You can choose to purchase life insurance up to 5x your
annual salary (max $200,000) for yourself, $50,000 for your
legally married spouse and/or $20,000 for your natural,
step, or adopted children. You must purchase life insurance
for yourself before purchasing coverage for your
dependents.
Employee Assistance Program
Achieve work/life balance. Get extra support for handling
life’s demands. Call 800-964-3577 for a referral to a service
in your community.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
You may choose to defer pretax money up to $3,400 per
year to be taken from your paycheck each pay period to use
for healthcare related expenses. All of the money you
choose to defer will be available to you on January 1, 2026.
However, if you do not use it by March 31, 2027, you will
forfeit it back to the company. Up to $680 rolls over
automatically.
Dependent Care Savings Account
You may choose to defer pretax money up to $7,500 per
year to be taken from your paycheck each pay period to use
for dependent care expenses. You will forfeit any funds that
you have not used by December 31, 2026. Note: There is no
rollover for dependent care.
