Summary:
Manages the daily retail activities and supports catering for Food Services.
Responsibilities:
Manages customer satisfaction and looks for ways to enhance the retail dining experience.Seeks out and presents cutting edge systems and equipment to stay on trend with retail concepts.Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, and payroll.Oversees daily cash reconcilliation and acts as the liaison for vending services.Assists with catering activities as needed.Coordinates retail menu cycles and is responsible for marketing and merchandising of all retail products products.
