Position Summary The Project Manager, Permanent Displays is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role requires a high level of adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive communication to successfully coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners. The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle-from initial client request through design, production, and final delivery-ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client specifications. This role builds and maintains strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Project & Process Management Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, design, engineering, creative, post) to align on project requirements and execution plans Facilitate project kickoff meetings, checkpoint reviews, and status updates with stakeholders Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies Maintain project tracking tools, perm project tracker, CE, F&O, Conductor Ensure client expectations are met and consistently exceeded in both product quality and service delivery Financial & Procurement Management Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, bills of materials (BOMs), Production Orders and Fulfillment. Oversee procurement of custom materials through third-party vendors Monitor and manage project costs with Estimators to ensure profitability and alignment with budget targets Qualifications & Experience Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Experience working in a retail or POP (Point of Purchase) display environment is strongly preferred Exposure to purchasing, procurement, and vendor management Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Skills & Competencies Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer service orientation Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management with a collaborative and transparent approach Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is an asset CAD knowledge is considered an asset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail This is a current vacancy.
