Most standard retail custodial associate roles do not pay $2000 a day. Effective communication with store management and other team members is key to prioritizing tasks and ensuring customer safety. Utilizing organizational tools, such as checklists and scheduled cleaning rotations, can help associates stay on top of their responsibilities and deliver consistent results in a dynamic retail environment.
