E-Commerce Retail Associate - Store Lister
Department: Retail Operations
Work Location: ROC - 72nd & F
Employment Status: Full-Time
Pay Range: $15.75
JOB SUMMARY
Work in stores with the E-Commerce team to fulfill production requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create manifests for the e-commerce department from the retail stores
  • Accurately describe items listed online with photographs and written descriptions while meeting production quotas
  • Pack products safely and efficiently
  • Follow procedures for sending/scanning books
  • Identify products accurately and describe them correctly when manifesting/listing
  • Organize and stock items, maintain inventory counts as needed
  • Complete end of day procedure in area worked daily
  • Assist with loading and unloading the truck when necessary
  • Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position
  • Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants
  • Work independently and utilize critical thinking skills when necessary
  • Travel to different retail locations to assist stores with e-commerce functions
  • Ensure retail locations follow e-commerce policies and procedures
  • Assist retail stores with sorting/tagging products while pulling products for the e-commerce department
  • Assist in processing wares and/or softlines in the store to find items for E-Commerce and produce product for the store
  • Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Ability to type 40-50 wpm required
  • Knowledge of collectibles including jewelry, antiques, books, etc.
  • Previous experience in secondhand markets preferred.
  • Must have computer skills including knowledge of word processing programs, how to use email and internet software.
