Retail Sales Associate – Premium Landscape Supply Yard
Premium Landscape Supply Co. is not your typical landscape yard.

This is NOT for someone who:
  •  Wants to stand around or avoid customers. 
  •  Shows up late or needs constant direction. 
  •  Doesn’t take ownership of their work. 
What You’ll Do:
  •  Greet customers and help them choose the right materials (mulch, soil, rock, sod, etc.) 
  •  Recommend products and upsell when appropriate.
  •  Answer phones and assist with inquiries. 
  •  Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system. 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard and retail space. 
  •  Assist with loading materials (skid steer, forklift, or by hand when needed). 
  •  Support inventory organization and restocking. 
  •  Work closely with the yard team and drivers to keep operations running smoothly. 
What Winning Looks Like:
  •  Customers leave confident, taken care of, and willing to come back. 
  •  You help increase average ticket size through smart recommendations. 
  •  The yard and store stay clean, organized, and efficient. 
  •  You become someone the team can rely on without constant oversight. 
Qualifications:
  •  Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. 
  •  Landscaping knowledge is a plus (we will train the right person). 
  •  Strong communication and people skills. 
  •  Ability to work outdoors in Texas conditions. 
  •  Able to lift materials and stay active throughout the day. 
  •  Reliable, on time (early), and consistent. 
  •  Weekend availability required.
