Key Responsibilities:
• Assist stylists with services, including shampooing, blow-drying, and station prep.
• Shadow and learn technical skills like foiling, glazing, and finishing techniques.
• Participate in training sessions to refine your skills and knowledge.
• Perform salon tasks, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Engage with guests and learn consultation and customer service skills.
• Build knowledge in retail sales, prebooking, and salon software.
What We're Looking For:
• Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a cosmetology program or licensed cosmetologist.
