Fraunces Tavern Restaurant, a historic and renowned establishment located in the heart of Lower Manhattan, is seeking an experienced, dedicated and personable Host/Hostess to join our team!

Working at our front desk, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience begins with a positive impression. You will be the first point of contact and will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant by providing exceptional customer service!
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
-Maintain an organized and efficient seating rotation.
-Manage reservations and accurately record guest information.
-Assist in coordinating with the kitchen and waitstaff.
-Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and answering any initial questions.
-Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism.
-Monitor and manage the flow of guests, anticipating peaks & making adjustments as needed.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization at the hostess station and waiting area.
At this time we are only considering applicants with OPEN availability! Meaning you are able to work Monday-Sunday, anytime, with no restrictions!
