Store Cleaner -- Rosemary Beach / 30A, FL -- Twice a Month

Inlet Beach, FL

$36 - $45/hr

Part-time

Posted 9 days ago

Job description

Store Cleaner — Rosemary Beach / 30A area — twice a month

Location: Rosemary Beach town center area — 16 South Barrett Square, Panama City Beach, FL 32461

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're a commercial cleaning company hiring one cleaner for a retail store in the Rosemary Beach / 30A area. Store name is released after onboarding. This is recurring, occasional work — not full or part time — and a foot in the door with us as we grow in the area. People already working with us get offered new locations first.

SCHEDULE & PAY

- Store cleaning including high dusting, twice a month

- $90 per visit, flat

- Time on site: ~2–2.5 hrs (a little less once you have a system down)

- Effective hourly: ~$36–$45/hr

- Start time: around 7:00–8:00 AM

- Date not set yet — tell us which days of the week you CAN'T work mornings and we'll request a day that fits. Once a date is set it's firm — the store sends a manager to let us in.

You're welcome to bring a helper, but the pay is the same flat amount per visit and you split it.

PAY

- Flat rate per visit, not hourly — you're paid for the job, not the clock

- Check in, upload before/after photos and videos, and check out through the links we send

- Pay averages 24–48 hours after the job is completed to manager satisfaction, via Cash App

- Parking reimbursed only with a full receipt (date, time in, time out, place, total)

THE WORK

General retail store cleaning: floors (sweep, dust mop, vacuum, mop), dusting shelving/fixtures/vents, high dusting, wiping counters and display cases, trash, restroom if present. Detailed checklist provided after onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 or older

- Prior cleaning experience of any kind

- Reliable personal transportation — rideshare/transit does not qualify

- Smartphone for check-in, photos, and communication

- Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

SUPPLIES

Bring your own supplies and earn +$10 per visit. Or we provide everything — either is fine. Tell us what you have: all, some, or none.

Store cleaning: vacuum, mop and bucket (or flat mop with extra pads), broom/dustpan and/or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner. Step stool or extension pole handy for high dusting, not required.

DRESS CODE

Slip-resistant shoes recommended. Clean plain blue or black shirt, jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, arrive clean and presentable.

PHOTOS & CHECK-OUT

Before/after photos and videos every visit through your check-in links — non-negotiable. Full walkthrough with the store manager before leaving.

COMMUNICATION

Our #1 priority. If something comes up, tell us ahead of time — that's all we ask.

TO APPLY

Reply with: which area you live in, your phone number and email, your cleaning experience, which days of the week you CAN'T work mornings, and what supplies you have (all/some/none).
