Cleaner / Janitorial Worker
Location: Perry VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Perry, Florida
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, Based on Contract Requirements
Position Overview
The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional environment throughout the clinic. The position requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to perform routine janitorial duties in an active healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
  • Empty trash containers and replace liners.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, and fixtures.
  • Clean interior windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Wipe and disinfect commonly touched surfaces.
  • Clean offices, hallways, waiting areas, and other assigned spaces.
  • Restock restroom supplies as needed.
  • Properly use and store cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment.
