As a Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines of restoring commercial properties - minimizing downtime and helping businesses recover quickly.What You'll DoTake charge of your day - Review daily work orders and prioritize tasks to keep commercial jobs moving efficiently.Investigate and assess - Locate and evaluate damage throughout a client's commercial facility, determining what needs demolition and what can be saved.Rebuild and restore - Repair or replace damaged materials and frames, bringing commercial spaces back to their pre-loss condition.Extract and dry - Assess water damage and perform extraction as a critical step in restoring business operations.Keep it clean and safe - Maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas in active commercial environments, following safety regulations and best practices at all times.Take care of your gear - Properly maintain and store tools and equipment so they're ready when you need them.Master the tools of the trade - Build proficiency with restoration equipment to get the job done right on large-scale commercial projects.Hit the road - Drive company vehicles to respond to emergency calls and reach commercial job sites across the area.Answer the call, wherever it leads - Travel to other company offices when surge events require extra hands for large commercial losses.Document the work - Complete Daily Field Sheet packets and log your progress using company software.Be there when it matters most - Participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, as part of our 24/7 emergency response commitment to commercial clients.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent WRT/ASD Certification (preferred)A strong commitment to following safety regulationsReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background checkComfort working in active commercial environments (offices, retail, warehouses, multi-tenant buildings) alongside business staff and stakeholdersJob Type: Full-time What we offer:Group health insurance (medical, dental, vision)401(k) planLife insurance, short- and long-term disability coverageCompany-paid holidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)
