Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate with clients, crews, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
  • Schedule technicians and coordinate project resources.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and progress.
  • Ensure work meets quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Supervise field crews and subcontractors.
  • Maintain project documentation and insurance records.
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims and property restoration processes.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
