We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team. This is an impactful role, as you will be assisting customers who have experienced fire or water damage in returning their homes or businesses to good condition. You will perform cleaning, drying, and demolition work as well as other restoration activities. The ideal candidate understands the importance of this position and cares deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it will have on customers. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Follow work orders and crew chief instructions
  • Perform cleaning, drying, demolition, and other restoration work
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels in work vehicle and stock supplies for each project
  • Keep workspace and vehicle clean and organized
  • Prepare job site for restoration activities
  • Work closely with crew chief and other Restoration Technicians
Qualifications
  • Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Restoration Technician or in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects
  • Ability to travel, both locally and out of state
