As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Restoring Hope Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, applying tailored therapeutic approaches that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assessing client needs and creating comprehensive treatment plans that address issues such as family conflicts, grief, substance abuse, and communication challenges.
• Continuing professional development through scheduled training sessions and by using the latest evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and supportive services for all client demographics.
• Maintaining accurate and timely client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our advanced digital systems for record-keeping.

Our services cater to a diverse array of clients, including couples navigating relational challenges, families dealing with mental health issues, and individuals facing life transitions such as divorce or grief. Specific focus areas encompass:

• Alcohol Abuse
• Physical and Psychological Abuse
• Grief and Loss Challenges

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications to join our clinical team:

• Hold a valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
