We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our growing restoration team. This is an opportunity to lead people, build strong customer relationships, and play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected property damage.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee restoration projects from the initial customer contact through project completion. You'll manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with customers and insurance professionals, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration projects from start to finish
  • Deliver an exceptional customer and client experience
  • Respond quickly to new customer opportunities and emergency service requests
  • Develop project scopes and prepare accurate estimates
  • Present and obtain approval for project plans and estimates
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Monitor project quality, timelines, budgets, and profitability
  • Maintain complete and accurate job documentation
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, vendors, and internal teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop Restoration Technicians and Crew Chiefs
  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety
  • Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
  • Continuously develop leadership, management, and restoration expertise
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who enjoys leading people, building relationships, and taking ownership of projects.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of operations experience are a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience are a plus
  • Restoration, construction, mitigation, or cleaning industry experience preferred
  • Industry certifications (IICRC or similar) are a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, estimating software, and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements

This position combines office management with frequent field supervision. Candidates should be able to:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds independently (100 pounds with assistance)
  • Walk, stand, climb ladders, and work on active job sites
  • Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Occasionally wear appropriate PPE, including respirators
  • Drive to local project sites throughout the workday
