Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Restoration Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget.
Restoration Project Manager Responsibilities
  •  Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses. 
  •  Conduct detailed property inspections and damage assessments. 
  •  Develop mitigation plans and oversee project execution. 
  •  Manage multiple restoration projects from start to completion. 
  •  Lead and supervise mitigation technicians and subcontractors. 
  •  Ensure all work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations. 
  •  Maintain clear communication with customers, adjusters, and office staff. 
  •  Create accurate project documentation, including moisture logs, photos, and daily notes. 
  •  Prepare and review Xactimate estimates and supplements. 
  •  Monitor drying progress and adjust equipment as needed. 
  •  Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency. 
  •  Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. 
  •  Conduct quality control inspections throughout each project. 
  •  Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA and company safety standards. 
  •  Coordinate seamless handoffs to the reconstruction team. 
  •  Build strong relationships with insurance professionals and referral partners. 
  •  Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project. 
  •  Participate in on-call emergency response rotation as required. 
  •  Track project profitability and help achieve company production goals.

Preferred Qualifications
  •  Experience in water, fire, mold, or disaster restoration. 
  •  IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT preferred). 
  •  Xactimate experience preferred. 
  •  Strong leadership and project management skills. 
  •  Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 
  •  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
  •  Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments. 
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  •  Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
