Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable WTR/ASD Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term position with excellent benefits, including bonuses and after-hours pay.

You will be responsible for handling water damage restoration projects, coordinating and managing teams, and occasionally managing construction-related projects. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build a career in the restoration and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform water damage restoration services according to IICRC standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
  • Lead and manage restoration crews on job sites
  • Problem-solve in real-time and take initiative in unexpected situations
  • Oversee and manage construction-related projects as needed
  • Maintain and operate company vehicle and equipment responsibly
  • Work extra hours or after-hours when necessary (with additional pay)

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying Certification (required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work and varying job conditions
  • Minimum 5 years experience in restoration or construction is a plus (preferred)
