Salary Range: Starting at $23.65 to $26.86 -based on experience
Hiring Bonus: $3500 sign on bonus for a full timer

If yes, here's how you will contribute to the team:
As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will deliver restorative nursing care aimed at helping residents regain, enhance, or maintain their physical functions to the highest level possible. Working under the guidance of supervisors and in alignment with each resident's assessment and care plan, you will implement individualized programs that promote mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. Additionally, you will ensure proper fitting, monitoring, and upkeep of assistive devices to support safe and effective use.
Must Have:
  • An RNA and CNA license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of certified Restorative Aide training course
  • Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state
  • Thorough proficiency in the use of Adaptive Equipment (i.e., walkers, canes, slide boards, communication boards, adaptive eating utensils, use of trapeze, reachers, lift equipment, etc.)
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
