Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the companys Here to Help commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
- Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
- Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
- Coach and train restoration technicians, being able to perform the duties of teams being supervised
