Working Relationship: Restoration Project Managers
General Job Description: Field Operations position requiring managing and supervising the company teams performing various property restoration services to residential and commercial clients. We work on properties damaged by smoke, flood, fire, water and storms. Project Manager will supervise 3-5 field production teams assuring compliance with company and industry standards, directing the teams to perform their work in a safe and efficient manner as well as managing the customer experience. Position will help with training and developing staff, help with daily dispatch and scheduling of crews and closing up projects. Accountable for the results on the projects assigned including margins, customer experience and other measurable metrics.

  • Perform in the field job site inspections monitoring service quality and customer experience
  • Manage the various technology aspects of the restoration project assuring compliance to standards
  • Impact individual job profitability as well as overall department profitability by supervising all aspects of assigned projects
  • Set the tone for each day with outstanding leadership during the crew dispatch as well as planning for the next day schedule
  • Lead your team in providing outstanding job communications and critical documentation each day on each job
  • Address the daily problems and issues that might come up through out the day or work week with poise and expertise


Job Requirements and Qualifications
Valid Insurable Pennsylvania Drivers License
Ability to pass company required drug screening and criminal background check
Willingness to participate in our 24 Hr emergency on call program one week out of every four weeks
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
Ability to climb ladder to 10 ft
Ability to climb steps, stand, stoop, kneel and crawl of extended period of time
Ability to use windows based software including word, excel, with ability to learn industry specific software
Ability to communicate in English in written and spoken manner
Proficient in business and construction math and geometry
Needed Experiences and Proficiencies
Comfort with working in changing and challenging situations in customers environments
Demonstrated experience in leading people, crews, team mates in work situations
Ability to learn and use mildly complex technical procedures and processes
Demonstrated experience in being responsible for the results of assigned projects
Familiarity with residential and commercial building components and materials
Able to make observations and adjustments to daily schedule to achieve the mission goals of the team
Comfortable with identifying deficiencies in operational process and making decisions to correct and rectify
Ability to access the performance of the staff assigned to your projects and coach for improvement
Comfortable working with and supervising a diverse team using each persons contributions to attain goals
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute daily and weekly plan with minimal supervision
Capable of handling hands on performance of work involved as the situation and need arises
Capable of understanding financial aspects of crew performance and job results and managing to best outcome
Demonstrated organization of time, documents and processes and effort
Willingness and ability to problem solve and troubleshoot situations as they arise
