Reconstruction Project Manager – Rebuild and Restore Properties Across Southeastern Wisconsin


Job Overview

  • Company: Flood Guys Restoration.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus Commission Opportunity.
  • Location: Greendale, WI (Travel to job sites required).
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a senior leader directing the rebuild phase of our disaster restoration projects, turning water, fire, and storm-damaged properties back into finished, livable spaces. This role empowers you to manage multiple active reconstruction job sites simultaneously across the service area while coordinating directly with customers and subcontractors from start to finish. You will join a performance-driven team where your trade expertise and project management skills give you real ownership over your projects in a fast-growing, reputation-driven company.

  • Ensure every project is completed within budget and timeline.
  • Develop and manage project scopes and estimates while coordinating with insurance adjusters as needed to align scope and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship while maintaining accurate job files, photos, and documentation.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Solid understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and building codes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple active job sites at once.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working directly with customers, subcontractors, and adjusters.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • Physical capacity to lift 65+ lbs and work in demanding field environments.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience preferred, with prior disaster restoration construction management being a major plus.
  • Advanced experience developing project scopes and negotiating estimates with insurance adjusters.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
