Job description

CRS is a Phoenix-based company that helps insured families recover after unexpected home damage (fire, water, storm, earthquake, etc.) by providing temporary housing and relocation support. Working closely with insurance carriers, CRS manages everything from emergency hotel stays to long term housing, furniture, and necessities. In addition to housing placement services, we also streamline the repair and restoration process for damaged homes by tapping into our national network of general contractors. Since 1989, the company has built a reputation for reliability and world class, compassionate customer care powered by a team of professionals dedicated to supporting people during critical moments. Our goal is to make a difficult situation easier by coordinating housing solutions that fit the policyholder's needs while also working within the guidelines of their insurance coverage.

About the Role
We are seeking a Restoration Services Specialist to join our accounting team. This role focuses on the development, expansion, and performance of CRS's national network of restoration contractors. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-quality General Contractors (GCs) to support insurance restoration claims, ensuring network coverage, compliance, and service excellence across all markets. This is done through sourcing leads, outbound calls, discovery questions, and delivering value propositions that lead to GC's joining our network.
  • Compensation: $20.00/hr. (approx. $41,600.00/yr.) plus monthly bonus based on GC sign-ups
  • Training: Approximately 90 days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (in-office). Due to the nature of the training, we ask you do not request PTO during the training period.
  • Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some flexibility upon completion of training)
  • Hybrid: This role I primarily in-office, with a hybrid offered after training is completed. Hybrid is 1 day at home per week, based on performance.
  • Computer and phone equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Expand CRS's national General Contractor (GC) network through outbound calls and networking engagements
  • Educate GCs on CRS model, advantages of joining our national network done via phone, email, text
  • Vet GCs through insurance, licensing, safety, review verification and convey contractual expectations
  • Communicate to GCs CRS's performance KPIs/metrics and hold GCs accountable to those expectations
  • Handle escalations and resolve contractor-related issues impacting claims
  • Develop and maintain GC relationships long term, constantly growing network
  • Use phone, email and text to communicate with GCs in a professional, clear, accurate manner in a timely fashion
  • Record accurate, concise and professional notes in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Be able to compile, share, and explain performance reports to leadership

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably phone-based sales)
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Stable employment history with a demonstrated record of reliability and excellent attendance.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven history of exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong Candidates Will Possess:
  • Experience in restoration, insurance claims, contractor management, or vendor networks
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage external partners
  • Strong understanding of construction/restoration workflows
  • Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and operational processes
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
