Responsibilities include:

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Solve unique structural challenges
  • Work directly with decision makers and property owners
  • See projects through from diagnosis to completed repairs
  • Develop both technical and client-facing expertise
  • Mentor younger engineers and help shape the future of the firm

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License required - (Client does have the ability to sponsor candidates with EIT)

  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable interacting directly with clients and building relationships

Hybrid Work Environment

We believe the best engineers spend time both in the field and collaborating with their teams.

This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule:

  • Approximately 50% office-based collaboration
  • Approximately 50% field work and remote work
