Concrete Restoration Specialist/Concrete Finisher
Buckeye Construction & Restoration


Buckeye Construction & Restoration is seeking a skilled Concrete Restoration Specialist / Concrete Finisher to repair, restore, and refinish concrete structures on commercial projects. This role focuses on structural concrete repair, not general flatwork.

What you'll do

  • Perform concrete repairs including patching, resurfacing, and structural restoration
  • Remove damaged concrete and prepare surfaces for repair
  • Form, pour, place, and finish concrete to specification
  • Apply repair mortars, overlays, and coatings
  • Assist with crack repair, joint restoration, and structural strengthening
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards


Qualifications

  • Experience in concrete finishing or concrete restoration preferred
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and repair techniques
  • Ability to read project specifications and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong attention to quality and safety
  • Be flexible. (Open to learning new skills and trying different approaches.)
  • Not afraid of heights.
  • Ability to work safely in active jobsite environments.
  • Travel is required.
