Job description

The primary responsibility of the food runner is to provide assistance to the servers and bartenders. The runner will help servers deliver orders to customers in a timely manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Restock alcohol fridge
  • Restock setting stations with utensils, plates, cups, and salt
  • Restock food items at stations with labels on them
  • Wipe down and dry washed settings
  • Call for more tongs and scissors when on the last container
  • Send beer and shot glasses to the dishwasher
  • Wash water bottle caps
  • Send water containers and tea kettles to dishwasher
  • Wipe down and sanitize station
  • Restock place mats
  • Wipe down expo carts
  • Wipe down alcohol fridge
  • Wipe down expo and runner station
  • Assist in running food out to tables
  • Throw away any leftover food and beverages
  • Breakdown carrier (salt, pepper, sesame oil)
  • Wipe down expo and runner station

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
