To excel as a Restock employee, you should have attention to detail, physical stamina, and familiarity with inventory management practices, often requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with handheld inventory scanners, stock-tracking software, and pallet jacks is highly beneficial. These abilities are crucial for maintaining product availability and store organization in fast-paced retail environments.
