Job description

Cooks' primary duties are:
  • Batter (chicken and seafood), fries and monitors holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products. Turns and pulls product past holding time.
  • Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches.
  • Bake and dress biscuits.
  • Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line.
  • Assist in filling and packaging orders.
  • Monitor and correct cleanliness of the restaurant.

Cooks are responsible for exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow crew members, and maintaining the company's operational quality and cleanliness standards.
