Junior is a new restaurant from the team behind award-winning Rolf and Daughters and Folk—a space where classic fine dining meets playful creativity. Our kitchen draws inspiration from Basque grilling and French technique, always led by the seasons and the best our local farmers and fishmongers have to offer.
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about thoughtful cooking, hospitality, and energized by the opportunity to build something special with us.
