Job Summary
As a Server Assistant, your general responsibilities will include running food and drinks to tables, cleaning tables, preparing our signature table-side Guacamole, and providing any assistance needed for a quality dining experience.  If you’re looking for a great culture and a fun, upbeat work environment, please consider applying to join our team

  • Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams

Qualifications
 

  • Must be hospitality focused and solution-oriented 
  • Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment 
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Ability to effectively implement the three Cs: coordination, consolidation, and communication 
  • Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations 
  • Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures 
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize duties 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces 
  • Ability to properly lift 25 lbs 
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with guests and coworkers 
  • Possess organizational and time management skills 
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
