Position Title: Event Server

Location: Ce Soir Brasserie & Bar

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Overview:

The Event Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional service during private events and banquets at Ce Soir Brasserie & Bar. This position focuses on providing attentive, professional, and polished service to guests while supporting the seamless execution of events alongside the events and culinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, and décor

• Provide attentive food and beverage service during events

• Serve plated meals, shared courses, and beverages according to service standards

• Clear tables, reset place settings, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event

• Greet guests warmly and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner

• Support the event flow by following direction from the Event Manager or Captain

• Ensure all banquet spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

• Assist with restocking service stations and maintaining supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, banquet, or event setting preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills
